Join us for an invite-only event where your input is requested as we have an open and honest conversation about AI and how it will affect our work, jobs and the economy in Rutherford County.
AI is no longer changing work in the abstract. It’s happening now: layoffs, restructuring, new tools, shifting expectations, and entire roles being redefined almost overnight. Much of the public conversation is dominated by extremes: utopian hype on one side, doomsday panic on the other.
This session is a space to sit with the reality and ask: What is AI actually changing about how we work, create, and contribute? Who is being left out of the conversation? And what choices can we make now, as workers, leaders, creators, and communities, to shape the future we want?
The session will be facilitated by me as part of REIGN and will be held on Sept. 21 from 9am-12pm…
